Guardians of the Wild
With gentle hands and steadfast care,
You mend the broken, soothe despair.
A wounded wing, a fragile cry,
Finds solace when you’re standing by.
Through forest depths and skies so wide,
You walk with nature, side by side.
A tireless heart, a watchful eye,
Restoring hope where it may die.
A fawn, a fox, a soaring hawk,
Each life you save, each step you walk.
Through sleepless nights and trials steep,
You vow their trust is yours to keep.
You are the bridge where paths divide,
A light for those who cannot hide.
From traps of fate, from human harm,
You shelter souls within your arm.
And though the wild must call them back,
To endless skies and forest tracks,
Your love remains, a quiet thread,
That heals the earth where it once bled.
So here’s to you, the noble few,
With hearts so brave, with work so true.
The wild is richer, the earth more grand,
Because of your devoted hand.
